These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LineDrift mobile application and the linedriftbets.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Selleck Ventures LLC ("LineDrift," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LineDrift is an informational and entertainment tool that tracks publicly available sports betting line movement and flags changes against configurable thresholds. LineDrift is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not facilitate, accept, or process any wagers, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial, betting, or investment advice. Any betting decisions you make, and their outcomes, are entirely your own responsibility.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any laws relating to sports betting in your location.
Accounts are created as part of subscribing on our website and are personal to the individual subscriber and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Free and ad-supported plans include advertising served by third parties and may limit features, including the number of leagues available and access to notifications. Feature availability by plan is described on our pricing page and may change over time.
Line data, game state, scores, and derived metrics are obtained from third-party sources and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any data shown in the Service is accurate, complete, or timely, and you should independently verify any information before acting on it.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through automated means, reverse engineering the app, reselling or redistributing its data, circumventing plan restrictions, or interfering with its operation.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Selleck Ventures LLC and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLECK VENTURES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM BETTING OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@linedriftbets.com with a written description of the dispute and give us thirty (30) days to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, YOU AND SELLECK VENTURES LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT, administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU AND SELLECK VENTURES LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies there, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Opt-out: You may reject this arbitration provision by emailing support@linedriftbets.com within thirty (30) days of first creating your account, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the email address associated with your account. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other part of these Terms.
YOU AND SELLECK VENTURES LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in court rather than in arbitration.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date; material changes may also be communicated in the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 11, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
